Tokyar was founded in Ankara in 1978 by Mehmet YARIMAĞAN. In the early years, it provided project services to İller Bank, Turkish Electricity Authority, Village Services, and the Republic of Turkey Highways. In 1982, it entered the construction contracting sector. Initially, Tokyar mainly undertook building construction works; after 1985, it shifted its focus to drinking water, treatment, sewerage, and underwater pipe laying construction works. In 1998, building constructions for the private sector also became part of our activities.
